In its seventh year producing the noted ‘Sunday in the Vineyard wine tasting event, The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar raised $85,000 for the Marconi Foundation for Kids and the Eddie Guardado Foundation. During this successful fundraiser, more than 250 guests gathered at the Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin to enjoy a wine tasting with more than 80 wines, many of which are considered unique and rare finds from boutique wineries spanning the globe. Tray-passed fare from The Winery’s Executive Chef and Partner, Yvon Goetz, was complemented by exciting live and silent auctions.
“After our seventh year hosting ‘˜Sunday in the Vineyard,’ we have raised nearly $400,000 for worthy organizations in our community, commented JC Clow, Managing Partner at The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar, who revealed that the event has raised $393,000 to date. ‘We are delighted to have formed a long-term partnership with the Marconi Foundation for Kids that will continue to support the efforts of nonprofits, such as this year’s beneficiary, the Eddie Guardado Foundation, an Orange County-based nonprofit organization committed to providing the families of autistic children adequate access to therapy and treatment that they could not otherwise afford.
