The American Culinary Federation (ACF) is pleased to announced its incoming national officers for the 2013-2015 term. National officers serve on ACF’s board of directors, which oversees the federation and works with the national office staff to guide the organization’s growth and member benefits.
Thomas “Tom” Macrina, CEC, CCA, HGT, AAC, product specialist manager and executive chef, US Foods, Philadelphia, will replace Michael Ty, CEC, AAC, as the ACF national president. Macrina currently serves on ACF’s board of directors as the national secretary.
The 2013-2015 officers will officially take office during the 2013 ACF National Convention at the President’s Grand Ball on July 2.
