The Queensview Steakhouse at Parkers’ Lighthouse in Long Beachhonored the Cancer Support Community Redondo Beach (CSC-RB) for 25 years of providing support, education, and hope for cancer patients and their families at a recent cocktail reception.
Parkers’ saluted CSC-RB for offering free programs for cancer patients and their families and loved ones for the last quarter century.
“We recognize the hard work and dedication the organization sets forth,” said General Manager, Michael Cole, “We have developed a good partnership with CSCRB and this is our way of acknowledging their efforts.”
Parkers’ Lighthouse believes in giving back to the local and surrounding communities. The restaurant donates goods, services, banquet and meeting space, gift certificates or meals to numerous charitable organizations and performing arts organizations. Parkers’ and Queensview also participate in grass-roots activities and marketing to build relationships with their local community.
