The local winner was Crystal 2000, but my first pick at the Schramsberg Tiªte de Cuvee Rose event at Pelican Grill, Nov 10, 2010 came in second.
The J. Schram Rose 2000, with intense aromas of citrus, red berry and fruit combined with undertones of baked vanilla and creme brulee was described as racy, light, clean and crisp. Simply delicious as was the lunch prepared by Chef de Cuisine, Chang Sivilay.
