SOL Cocina – Newport Beach’s new Baja-inspired culinary waterfront retreat opened this summer and celebrated! Guests indulged in Baja-inspired cuisine, featuring SOL’s signature tapas and plates created by executive chef Deborah Schneider. Guests also enjoyed cocktails in SOL’s expansive bar, which featured a full-service bar with over 50 varieties of tequilas and mescals.Bar proceeds of $3,376 went to benefit the CASA organization in Orange County; a non-profit a non-profit organization that trains community volunteers to serve as powerful mentors and advocates for our community’s most severely abused, abandoned and neglected children.SOL Cocina – Newport Beach
