Highly acclaimed South Coast Plaza restaurant Seasons 52 has made a partnership with international music star Enrique Inglesias back rum company ATLANTICO to provide two signature cocktails to the restaurant, as well as use of two of distinct spirits.
“I am excited that ATLANTICO Rum has become part of the Seasons 52 family,” says Iglesias. “One of my favorite restaurants is joining with my passion, ATLANTICO Rum, to create two signature cocktails.”
The two signature cocktails on the Seasons 52 menu will be the Watermelon Refresher and the Strawberry Lemon Euphoria. The Watermelon Refresher is a concoction of ATLANTICO Platino rum, fresh watermelon and agave nectar. The Stawberry Lemon Eurphoria is a mix of ATLANTICO Reserva rum, fresh strawberry, lemon juice, lemon wedges, and mint. For those not looking for a cocktail, both the Platino and Reserva rums are additionally available neat or on the rocks.
