STAKES Treats the Tournament

STAKES Treats the Tournament

Celebrities and players arrived early at Commerce Casino’s Annie Duke Celebrity Poker Tournament for The Decision Education Foundation (DEF). They enjoyed the Red Carpet treatment at STAKES Supper Club, the casino’s renowned steakhouse and fine dining establishment. They were treated to wine and scrumptious hors d’oeuvres before poker superstars Annie Duke, Andy Bloch and Howard Lederer welcomed the players.

Players who found themselves on the wrong end of a bad beat headed down to STAKES’ Loser’s Lounge for plenty of jazz and good food, using the tournament voucher for $10 toward dinner at STAKES.

www.LASplash.com’s Stephen Martin, recently lauded STAKES: “If you are looking for a great steak and menu that will keep you coming back, you don’t have to wait for your next poker game–head over to Stakes and the odds are with you that your meal will be a winner.”

FINAL RESULTS:
Money Raised for DEF: $60,000.00
Number of Players: 140
Winner: Poker Pro Andy Bloch
