Starfish: Asian Coastal Cuisine in Laguna Beach recently debuted a new refreshing and seasonal menu for summer. The menu is geared around small plates that don’t sacrifice flavor and large plate items that pack a tasty punch. Highlights from the menu are three kinds of spring/egg rolls, small plate tacos, wings, and sliders, and a variety of large plate seafood dishes prepared in a unique way. Prices range from $6-8 (rolls), $8-13 (small plates), and $12-25 (large plates.)
