A Taste Of The Last 35 Years At Parker’s Lighthouse

Parker's Logo

Since they opened in 1983, they’ve had several menu items come and go. During the last month, they’ve been sharing some of those “throwback” items, and now you’ll have the chance to enjoy them once again!
Starting today, October 7th, they’ll be featuring one throwback dish a week, available for lunch or dinner at Parkers’ Lighthouse. They’ll kick this exciting special menu off with their Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna with sunomono salad, steamed white rice, sesame dressing and a wasabi aioli. Just ask for the special menu item of the week.
Here’s a schedule of when you can try the rest of their guest favorites:
 October 14th: Mud Pie

October 21st: Thai Pineapple Chicken Salad

October 28th: Oysters Rockefeller—one of our earliest and most popular items

November 4th: Cajun Chicken Linguine

November 11th: Carrot Cake
As they continue their celebration of 35 years in Long Beach, they would love to see how you’re celebrating! Visit them, take a picture of your meal, of you and your special someone or of their incredible view for a chance to win one of 10 gift certificates.
They’ll be watching for pictures that have the #PLH35
