The bold, vibrant colors and fresh flavors of the season take center stage on Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails’ new Spring/Summer specialty cocktails. Guests will be able to partake in more than a dozen cocktails that are as visually appealing as they are pleasing to the palate. As with all menu items at Andrei’s, these new cocktails will benefit many charitable causes and organizations, as the restaurant donates 100% of its net profits through The Andrei Foundation.

Among the new cocktails are:

The Good, the Bad and the Thirsty
 – Dickel Rye Whiskey, Rhubarb Liqueur, Strawberry Shrub, Cassis, Rosemary

Napa Crush – Rain Organic Vodka, White Wine Syrup, White Grape, Champagne

Chilean Spice – Spicy Citrus-Infused Vodka, Orange, House-Made Sweet & Sour, Lime

Southern Lady – Elijah Craig Bourbon, Peach Liqueur, Peach Bitters, Champagne

Cool as a Cucumber – Organic Cucumber-Lime Vodka, Cucumber, Mint, Lemon Zest

Barrel-Aged Manhattan – Elijah Craig Bourbon, Peychauds Bitters, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Barrel Aged in American Oak

Andrei’s Spring/Summer Specialty Cocktails are available for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. Andrei’s is open for Lunch and Dinner Monday through Friday from 11:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday from 11 p.m. to 9 p.m.  The restaurant offers Happy Hour Monday through Saturday from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  More information and menus can be found at https://andreisrestaurant.com/.
