Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails is embracing the warmer weather with the launch of a new cocktail menu delivering the flavors of summertime. The modern eatery boasts fresh flavors of the Mediterranean, offering a mix of local and organically grown produce, naturally raised meats, and sustainable seafood.

Andrei’s holds its beverage program to the same high principles as their cuisine, using only house-made organic syrups and incorporating ingredients such as pasilla chile and lavender. Many of the new offerings are champagne-based cocktails, which perfectly balance sweet and bubbly this season.

Midnight Mule: Espresso-infused Bourbon, Kahlua, Bailey’s, bee pollen
