Spring has sprung and Campus JAX rung in the season with new items to their menu available for Lunch and Dinner. These four new and healthy menu items are healthy alternatives to other menu options.
The new menu items include:
Chef Jen’s Keto Steak Salad: Smokey Southwestern Sirloin with Grilled Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes on a bed of Greens with a Zesty Cilantro Lime Roasted Pepper Vinaigrette.
Incredibowl: Layers of Tri-Color Quinoa, Spinach, Zucchini, Squash, Brussels Sprouts and a Vegan Patty topped with Creole Mustard Dressing.
and last but not least…
Havana Plantana: Roasted Cuban Spiced Pork served over Seasoned Brown Rice, with Black beans and caramelized plantains.
Campus JAX is located in Newport Beach, and focuses on making great tasting soulful dishes with high quality ingredients and these new additions to their menu showcases just that.
