Corporate Executive Chef Jonathan Blackford’s seasonal and constantly evolving, three-course menu of creative American cuisine offers a gourmet twist on tasty breakfast favorites. Cruise into the weekend with first choice offerings including Pastrami Cured Salmon or the Bacon, Egg and Grits. Savor mouthwatering mains with second course options including Horchata Pancakes, Nicoise Salad and the Brunch Burger, and end on a sweet note with decadent dessert options, Chocolate Cake or Coconut Panna Cotta.
No brunch is complete without an expertly crafted cocktail courtesy of Bar Manager and Head Bartender, Ravin Buzzell. Choose from a lineup of refreshing, new sips like the Corona Caipirinha made with Novo Fogo Organic Cachaca, fresh muddled lime and sugar over crushed ice or the Grapefruit Rose Squared with Ketel Grapefruit Rose Botanical, Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur, fresh lemon and lime juice and rose water.
