Chef Louise’s Catering is making some temporary changes to their permanent menu items.
First, they have farm-fresh, homemade Peach Cobbler. They are the same size as their quiches and are made from the most perfectly ripe, peak of the season, yellow and white peaches for $10. They are available this Friday and next Tuesday for pick-up or delivery.
Starting next Tuesday they are swapping out several items for some new choices. The Vegetable-Lentil Soup, Mushroom-Walnut Soup and Mushroom -Parmesan Quiche will be leaving (for now) and in their places are Spicy Asian Noodles ($8), Seafood and Corn Chowder ($8), Broccoli and Feta Quiche ($10), and 2 types of Chef Louise’s famous shortbread cookies ($9/dz). Cranberry Almond and Rosemary Lavender shortbread cookies will be available by the dozen each or mixed 50/50.
When things return to “normal” and we start to socialize again, Chef Louise’s Catering will be here for your catering needs. They will also resume their wine diners, cooking lessons, etc. In the mean time, they offer meal deliveries and pick ups. They can also deliver meals for special occasions outside scheduled deliveries. Contact them for quotes and more info.
Deliveries are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please use their new order form on the Meal Delivery page. It makes collecting and processing your orders much easier and reduces the possibility for mistakes. Get your order in by Sunday night, 10pm, for Tuesday delivery and Wednesday night, 10pm, for Friday delivery.
