Dishes include Quail Congee with Crispy Egg, Szechwan Stir Fry Egg Noodles with Tofu, Steamed Filet of Sea Bass in Sesame Shoyu, Crispy Skin Pork Belly with Harvest Root Vegetables and Gingerbread Pudding with Kumquat Ice Cream.
