Davio’s Celebrates Memorial Day with the launch of their Delux Surf & Turf Burger
Beginning Memorial Day Weekend, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Irvine added a luxe twist to their famous steakhouse burger with flavors of the sea. The summertime staple has been reinvented as the Surf & Turf Burger, featuring eight ounces of Kobe beef, lump crab meat, and truffle bearnaise inside a toasted brioche bun. Accompanying the dish comes a healthy portion of fresh hand-cut Parmigiano fries.
