Beginning March 12th, Memphis Cafe in Costa Mesa will be introducing a new dinner menu just in time for spring. Executive Chef Diego Velasco — founding owner & Vice President of the Memphis Group — introduces a selection of Southern comfort-style food and flavors. Highlights of the new menu include Boudin Balls (ground, smoked pork, seasonings, rice and vegetables rolled into meatballs and roasted, then coated in corn flakes), Fried Green Tomato and Lobster Salad (tarragon, smoked paprika vinaigrette, dandelion greens), and Great Taste’s selected “Best Bite” Blackened Rib Cap Steak (cast iron, hasselback potato, grilled broccolini, Roquefort fondue). Signature dishes, like Memphis Cafe’s award-winning smoky gumbo, will be offered as well.
Memphis Cafe is open seven days a week for brunch and dinner, with happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 – 6 PM. Valet parking is available during weekend brunch and Thursday – Saturday evenings.
