Chef Giuseppe’s own house-made patty recipe using a ricotta base. It is fresh and savory, with the perfect balance of richness and texture to rival any beef burger.
Michael’s Brunch Burger
The grass-fed patty is wood-fired on a cast iron pan in our brick pizza oven. This adds the perfect amount of smokiness to pair with bacon, our house-made mozzarella, and rich egg yolk.
