New Fall Cocktails at Portuguese Bend

Portuguese Bend Distillery just released a brand new Fall Cocktail Menu. This menu was created by the mastermind Lead Barsmith, Erik Wentzky.

Inspired by Fall flavors, seasonal ingredients and using Portuguese Bend’s very own grain to glass spirits this menu is an ode to the season.

Cocktails like Sweata Weatha (Portuguese Bend Spiced Rum, St. Elizabeth all spice, heavy cream, pumpkin spice puree, egg white and club soda), Bend and Snap (Portuguese Bend Spiced Rum, Hamilton Demerara Rum, falernum, almond orgeat, ginger snap puree), and Just Beet It (Portuguese Bend Smoke Bay Gin, fresh beet juice, lemon, Antica Carpano Vermouth, thyme liquor, tonic) all grace the menu.
