Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails, the popular modern eatery boasting Mediterranean flavors and locally-sourced ingredients, launched a new menu to celebrate the start of summer. Executive Chef Porfirio Gomez utilizes the season’s freshest produce to create new lunch and dinner dishes, as well as a new dessert.
New menu items include Eggplant Caponata made with zucchini noodles, summer vegetable crudité, eggplant and Sonoma Balsamic Reduction; and Wild-Caught Lingcod made with Red Miso-glazed Pacific Lingcod, steamed Basmati Rice, spinach, and bell pepper chutney.
