Dinner Offering #1 – Ribeye for Two ($150)
28 oz. Dry-Aged Prime Ribeye with black beans, rice, salsa, fresh corn tortillas, two slices of cheesecake and one bottle of Las Brisas Brut, with option to upgrade the bottle to options such as Piper Sonoma, Domaine Carneros, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon Brut, and others.
Dinner Offering #2 – Victor Hugo Party Pack ($75)
Six Tacos (choice of two: crispy chicken, grilled rockfish, pork belly, maitake mushroom), 750ML bottled House Special Margarita, rice, beans, Caesar salad, guacamole, chips, salsa & tres leches cake. Upgrade to Cadillac Margarita for $10.
New Year’s Day Brunch – traditional Las Brisas weekend brunch takeout menu featuring a two-course Brunch Pack for $35, including starters like Smoked Salmon Tostadas, Pozole Verde, and Yogurt and Granola; paired with entrees such as Chilaquiles, Crab Scramble, Asparagus Omelet, or French Toast. Mimosa Kit available to add-on for $15.
