With increased patio seating and a little “island” of tables even closer to The Pavilion, Quattro Caffé plans to start patio cooking demonstrations with a “special guest” for each.

Complementary Chef Demonstration by Chef Domenico Grillo
Domenico Grillo grew up in Calabria and Piedmont, Italy but has called Orange County home for over three decades. A passionate restaurateur, Grillo runs the South Coast Plaza perennial favorite, Quattro Caffé, where he also creates the menu and conducts cooking classes.
