Starting Sunday, August 6, Chef Sam Green is introducing a New-American-Asian-Fusion brunch to Fountain Valley. The Recess Room’s brunch will offer the Fountain Valley neighborhood and other OC communities classic brunch dishes and drinks like Smoked Salmon Benedict, Avocado Toast, and mimosas, but with a creative twist. The brunch will be officially available to the public every Sunday, starting August 6th, from 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
