The Recess Room has just released their new menu. Sam Green, formerly of Broadway by Amar Santana has joined the Sergio Ortega and the team and brings some fresh ideas to an already innovative menu. Great Taste favorites include the Charcuterie selection where you choose 3 or 5 stars that are served with delicious accoutrements, the Crispy Pig Ear Salad, Beet Salad, Spanish Octopus, Bone Marrow Mac & Cheese and Wagyu Tartar. Entrées include a delicious, juicy Bone Marrow Burger, Veal Dumplings and a Kurobuta Pig Head.
In addition to an impressive beer list, the Specialty Cocktail list amuses with an array of delicious libations including Smoke & Mirrors, the Blackberry Bramble, the Mustache Rider, Shiso Horny and Cupid’s Arrow. Any wine drinker will find a fit on their list that is limited but carries something for everyone at prices ranging from $24 – $80.
As for dessert, the Panna Cotta, Creme Brulee and the Pucker Pie all sounded delicious but we were too full.
