Pastry Chef Jessica Scott’s new tequila watermelon guava paletas (a secret menu item) as well as non-alcoholic flavors including strawberry, guava, banana mango, and pineapple nopales mint are now available. Each paleta is paired with a sniffer glass of chamoy, and guests are encouraged to let the cool treat melt in the Mexican sweet & spicy sauce.
