Summer is Here and Our Menu is Ready For The Season!
SUMMER MENU ITEMS:::
With the onset of summer, Descanso has made some additions they are very proud of. Chef Sergio Ortega and his team have introduced the following Dishes to the standard menu… Pechuga de Pollo en Mole Verde (Green Mole Chicken Dish), Rib-Eye Steak Albañil, A Seared Salmon Dish, Crispy Carnitas Skillet and a Seared Cauliflower Dish (Vegan).
In addition to the standard menu, they have also elevated the Plancha Menu with updated items. Descanso has taken the experience to the next level and included items like… Rib-Eye, Chicken Breast, Jumbo Shrimp and Cauliflower Dishes…. all cooked at your table, a la plancha!
And of course, no summer menu is complete without Summer Cocktails…Watermelon + Cilantro Margarita, Tulum Margarita (Sparkling Passion Fruit), Lemon-Cielo Margarita, Ahorita Gin Cocktail, Zorro (Mezcal), La Sirena (Spiced Rum) and a Peach + Bourbon. You Won’t believe the flavors as resident Mixologist Jim Valenzuela knocked it out of the park.
