Labor Day gives us more than a day off from the daily grind – it makes it possible for us to enjoy an extra day of brunch with the cool ocean breeze drifting across you as you relax under sun-diffusing umbrellas! Join us in saying farewell to summer by celebrating with our Summer Sangria, which is offered by the glass or by the pitcher during Weekend Brunch through Labor Day.

Nothing screams Summer like Sangria, and Sapphire Laguna is celebrating the season with a new Red Sangria offered by glass or pitcher during Weekend Brunch from now through Labor Day. The refreshing red beverage is created with Blue Ice vodka, red wine, fresh oranges and lemons, making it the perfect complement to brunch in the heart of Laguna Beach.

We will be extending Brunch service for the weekend through Monday, September 4th from 9am – 3pm

In addition, Executive Chef & CEO Azmin Ghahreman has introduced new seasonal, locally Sapphire's Gyozasourced and globally influenced dinner dishes that are now offered nightly. New dinner items on the Sapphire Laguna menu include:
