Sushi Roku Introduces Seasonal Dishes and New Menu Items

Sushi Roku Newport Beach welcomes new dishes and limited-availability pumpkin specials to its already celebrated menu. In addition to a new seasonal Pumpkin Roll and Pumpkin Cheesecake, the Fashion Island restaurant taps into the popularity of Avocado Toast with the introduction of Avocado Hanabi, as well as its own version of “pizza,” topped with spicy tuna and tuna sashimi.

Following are the new dishes available now:

AVOCADO “HANABI” soy truffle, crispy rice, parmesan reggiano

TUNA PIZZA crispy mushroom, balsamic, wasabi aioli, serrano

TUNA TARTARE yuzu guacamole, soy truffle

BLUE CRAB COCKTAIL garlic aioli, oscietra caviar

OCTOPUS CRUDO yuzu kosho, olive oil, lemon

TORO CARPACCIO tamari soy, kizami wasabi, oscietra caviar

GENSAI ROLL seared togarashi salmon, kizami wasabi, avocado

SENSHI ROLL yellowtail, cucumber topped with avocado, spicy aioli

GRILLED SALMON wasabi yuzu creme fraiche, blood orange, fennel

BAMBOO RICE RISOTTO shrimp, scallop, truffles

NOVA SCOTIA LOBSTER TAIL yuzu citrus butter

PUMPKIN ROLL – sweet potato, jalepeno, shiso leaf, and pumpkin, topped with mashed pumpkin, orange peel, and garlic aioli
