Toast Kitchen + Bakery makes that decision an easy one with some special, one-day only Pi Day pies available for purchase in honor of this annual celebration of the mathematical constant π. Pi Day is observed on March 14 (3/14) because 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant digits of π (3.14159265359).
Celebrated for its unique menu and great tasting food, Toast Kitchen and Bakery features a variety of pies daily. For Pi Day, however, the restaurant will be offering special pastries and prices:
~chicken & veggie saltenas (Bolivian hand pies/empanadas) – $3.14 each
~dulce de leche banana pie – $5 each
~pineapple li hing mui pie – $5 each
