House-made yellow corn chips tossed in a mild red salsa, red onions, cilantro, and chorizo. Topped with two over easy eggs, sour cream and cotija cheese.

Fresh Mozzarella, parmesan, bacon, 3 eggs, roasted tomato, diced shallots, parsley, chives, and green onions.
Breakfast Sandwich 12
Brioche bun with a ground pork sausage patty, fontina, Roma tomatoes and arugula. Finished with chipotle aioli and an over easy egg on top.

Avocado, house-smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion and capers.
