Nieuport 17 serves it’s final meal tonight after serving Orange County for 45 years.
The aviation-themed restaurant named after a WWI aircraft started off in 1969 in Santa Ana, then relocated to Tustin in 1990, remaining a local landmark in OC. Nieuport 17 is known for its steaks, seafood and cocktails and has been recognizedas number one in service for Los Angeles and Orange County by OpenTable.com. It closes its doors after not being able to keep up with the more popular contemporary eateries.
