Electric City Butcher will be closed to walk-in customers for the time being. In order to meet social distancing standards, all orders will have to be made in advance (two-hour minimum) by phone or through our online store (more info on delivery below). We will only be allowing two guests in the store at any one time. If there are customers in the shop when you arrive, please kindly wait outside (on Bush Street) until a customer leaves.
Vacuum Sealed Cuts & Portions
Starting today, all cuts will be pre-portioned & vacuum packed for the safety of all guests & our staff. You’ll be receiving the same, high-quality meat pre-portioned. While they pride themselves on custom cut-to-order meats, to minimize environmental exposure, they feel this is the best approach–for now. Some added benefits of vacuum sealing, include:

Delivery Fees
Considering time, safety, & ability, online delivery is available for a small fee. Delivery will vary from $5-$25 depending on how far you live from the shop. All products are priced the same as in the shop so you know you’ll get the best offerings from ECB at the best price!
