With unemployment at record levels and a growing number of people seeking jobs, there’s a silver lining about to unfold in the South Bay.Tin Roof Bistro, a new dining establishment scheduled to open near the Manhattan Village Shopping Center on July 27, is seeking to fill 100 full- and part-time jobs.Those interested may apply for various positions including assistant managers, bartenders, food servers, kitchen staff, hosts and dishwashers, announced owner Mike Simms.The interviews will be held on Saturday, June 20 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. AND Friday, June 26 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the restaurant (3500 Sepulveda Avenue, Manhattan Beach).
