The 2013 session of the Nevada Legislature saw numerous pieces of legislation that would potentially have a negative impact on the restaurant industry in Nevada. Fortunately, the Nevada Restaurant Association (NvRA) dramatically increased its participation in the legislative process this session and was on hand with full time representation to address the concerns of our members.
