Great Taste Magazine sponsors November 16 – Industry Day at the American Cheesemaker Awards at the Fairmont Newport Beach. Cheese makers, winemakers, and specialty food purveyors from across the country are preparing for the premiere of the American Cheesemaker Awards, Nov. 15-18. The inaugural four-day celebration is the first culinary event of its kind in Southern California and will feature cheese, wine and gourmet food tasting as well as cheese inspired classes, and seminars.
