Serato tasked internationally renowed Daniele Dolino tobring new life to the interior of his critically acclaimed restaurant by completing frescos spanning five renovated rooms. The frescos are recreations of famous paintings by Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort – Newport Beach Appiana, Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort – Newport Beach Pozzo and Guido Reni, among others, and were inspired by Serato and Dolino’s strong Italian heritage.
