San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festivalis proud to announce that applications to be considered for the San Diego Chapter of The American Institute of Wine & Food’s and Chaine des Ri´tisseurs’s culinary arts and enology/viticulture scholarships are now open.Students with a San Diego culinary affiliation who are planning to enroll in a full or part-time accredited continuing education program in the culinary arts, enology/viticulture, or hospitality are eligible to apply for the scholarships, the funds for which are raised through silent and live auctions during thewine and food festival.The culinary and enology scholarships, which have been around since the Festival’s second year, has now become a San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival legacy, said Michelle Metter, co-producer of the Festival.
