After a two-month search, the modern Korean family of restaurants, bibigoâ’ž¢, announces Psy Go, Bibigo’s personal chef contest winner, Ricardo Soares Martins S Menezes, from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. As Psy’s personal chef, Ricardo will accompany Psy as he travels on his world tour entertaining fans with his energetic and infectious songs. The Brazilian chef will also receive rock star benefits including $40,000, 5-star hotel accommodations, luxury transportation.
Ricardo spent a week at bibigo’s parent company, CJ Food’s, expansive “Food World” headquarters in Seoul. Food World houses a state-of-the-art test kitchen where Ricardo learned to make Psy’s favorite dishes from Korea’s leading culinary team. Following the once-in-a-lifetime trip to Seoul, Psy and Ricardo made their way through Los Angeles during the month of July on bibigo’s newly-launched food truck at local events and all three bibigo locations. The truck featured modern Korean dishes including Bulgogi Fried Rice, Bulgogi Bibimbap, Mini Wontons, and Bulgogi Burgers.
