Chef Michael Cimarusti pays tribute to legendary chef Paul Bocuse by holding the first Bocuse d’Or USA foundation benefit in LA. Representing Paul Bocuse, LA’s greatest chefs will prepare a multi-course dinner that are from Bocuse’s archived and current menus. The evening will also consist of a silent auction, food, and fun.
