On Sunday August 30th Bouchees Bistro closed for business at 9pm and will reopen as City Tacos on Tuesday September 1st. This new concept will specialize in made to order Mexican/American cuisine. Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, Burgers etc. It will have basically the same design but accented with urban art, Latin music and new signage. Bouchees Bistro is in the final stages of closing a deal that will move our culinary operation to Smooth’s Bar & Grill on Pine Ave. The restaurant will be renamed Bouchees Bistro at Smooth’s. We are all very excited about the changes about to happen.
