Knitting Factory Entertainment‘s newest restaurant, Bow and Truss, began serving lunch in October. The Latin-inspired menu at the North Hollywood restaurant, at 11122 Magnolia Blvd., includes a rich array of tacos by Chef Stefhanie Meyers -including grilled seabass tacos, with pickled carrot slaw,and chicken confit tacos, confit in duck fat with anchovies- and also includes open-faced bocadillos, sandwiches topped with delicious crab, pulled chicken, grilled seabass and cheesy jamon.
