After announcing an unprecedented 11 new series and celebrating a star-studded Upfront event, Bravo’s “Top Chef All-Stars” finale cooked up the highest rated episode of the season with 2.77 million total viewers and 1.95 million adults 18-49. Adding a unique element to the show, last night’s season eight finale featured live cut-ins from the network’s Upfront events in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Versus the season seven finale (9/15/10), last night’s episode was up 9 percent in adults 18-49 (vs. 1.80 million) and 3 percent in total viewers (vs. 2.70 million). The finale ranked as the No. 1 cable program of the day in adults 18-49.
