Bruxie has added new quality items to its celebrated menu. To complement the fast-casual gourmet waffle restaurant’s next generation Sandwiches, Bruxie has introduced three new inspired, fresh sides. Each of the flavorful additions can be purchased a la carte for $2.95 or added on to a sandwich for $2.50, and along with a beverage for $3.50.
Following are the new sides now being offered at all Bruxie locations:
- Homemade Tomato Basil Soup – A balanced blend of Italian San Marzano tomatoes, fresh vegetables and basil.This exciting new offering is also Vegan! One taste and you’ll be hooked… guaranteed!
- Small Caesar Salad Crisp Romaine Lettuce is tossed with Bruxie’s Caesar Dressing and Parmesan, and served with a Parmesan Crisp. Caesar Salad lovers will rejoice after tasting Bruxie’s take on the classic Caesar.
- Fresh Fruit A mix of Seasonal Fruit. This light, refreshing addition to the menu features the freshest fruits available throughout the year.
Each new side can be purchased as part of the Bruxie Combo for $3.50, which includes a beverage (choice of Pure Cane Sugar Soda, Iced Tea, or Bold Blend Coffee). Combo also includes choice of Waffle Cut Fries as a side.
