Bold, fun and unconventional, BRUXIE is set to re-open its restaurant on the Birch Street Promenade in Brea Downtown on Wednesday, October 7th. BRUXIE Brea will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner with a family friendly menu that highlights authentic Belgian waffles sandwiches, as well as real Wisconsin artisan frozen custard for shakes and other frozen treats. The menu brings back BRUXIE originals like Hot Pastrami & Swiss and Lemon Cream & Berries, and Chef Kelly Mullarney, a co-founder of BRUXIE, will offer other fan favorites such as BBQ Pulled Pork and Braised Beef Short Rib Waffle Sandwiches as Throwback Specials.

“When BRUXIE first opened in downtown Brea nearly 9 years ago, we felt an instant connection to the community,” commented Chef Kelly, who has previously filmed with the Food Network at the Brea location. “We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces and introducing new guests to what makes BRUXIE so special, from food to service.”

BRUXIE Brea will re-open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2020. Located at 215 W. Birch Street in Downtown Brea, opening hours will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday to Sunday. For more information on BRUXIE, including menu information, guests may visit BRUXIE on Instagram, Facebook, and at https://bruxie.com.
