Morgan’s in the desert‘s Executive Chef, Jimmy Schmidt and Chef de Cuisine, Brian Recor are pleased to present a “from the farm direct to the table” Regional Food Festival.The festival features unique 3-Course Prixe-Fixe menus that focus on ingredients that are in their peak growing and harvest season.
Twelve specialized menus such as the Hatch Chile Festival menu, Apple Valley menu, and the Baja Shrimp menu will be available weekly, along with the customary dinner menu.Located at the La Quinta Resort & Club, the festival will run from July 1 through November 18, 2012 at $38 per person.
