Barlo Kitchen + Cocktails at Hotel Erwin Celebrates the Fall with New Culinary Oddities and Handcrafted Libations

Although it feels like summer in Los Angeles, Barlo Kitchen & Cocktails announces a new menu for the fall season, as well as Movember and holiday specials. The restaurant has teamed up with the Movember Foundation to grow hearty MOs, offer specials and raise funds for men’s health issues. Barlo has also introduced new menu items that highlight seasonal ingredients and Executive Chef Adam Steudle’s eclectic culinary style.

“I take pride in creating flavor combinations that are not found in traditional settings, and at Barlo we provide an upscale, innovative experience in a casual setting,” said Chef Steudle. “Part moonshine distillery and part English gentlemen’s club, the new fall menu is a reflection of my personal style and passion for odd flavors.”

The new menu includes a Crispy Pig Ear Salad, Venison Wellington in a blackberry duxelle sauce, a Whole Roasted Sea Bream in a sea foam with mustard blossoms and a delectable puff pastry Rabbit & Marrow Pie. All proceeds of the Rabbit & Marrow Pie will benefit Movember throughout the month.

Guests can enjoy a three-course menu for $35 per person, which includes a choice of Oxnard Farm Kale or Winter Salad, a 48-hour brined and Roasted Citrus Rosemary Turkey and choice of Buttermilk or Pumpkin Pie for dessert.
