To ACF/OECA President, Chef Murat Day, CEC, WCC, AAC, ACF Western Region 2012 Herman G.Rusch “Chef’s Achievement Award” Semifinalist, and ACF National President’s 2012 Golden Medal Award recipient.
Murat Day has been an active member of the American Culinary Federation since 1976, and inducted in the American Academy of Chefs in 1991.
We also congratulate the ACF Western Region culinary student team of the ACF/OECA Chapter. The Orange Coast College students, who won the first Place,
And Golden Medal under Chef Bill Barber, CEC’s leadership.
They will compete for the ACF National Championship in July 15, 2012 at the ACF National Convention at Orlando, Florida.
