El Corazon de Costa Mesa Will Make Its OC Debut on April 20th

After years of conceptual planning and months of preparation, El Corazon de Costa Mesa will open its doors on Saturday, April 20th at 4pm. Located atop The Triangle in Costa Mesa, the rebranded lifestyle center formerly known as Triangle Square at the intersection of Newport and Harbor Boulevards, El Corazon will offer an innovative menu inspired by Mexico’s seaside cantinas coupled with a list of handcrafted cocktails.

The ambiance at El Corazon is decidedly relaxed as guests are transported to the tropics with the design of the restaurant’s spacious outdoor patio featuring a pair of oversized palapas that provide ample shading during the day and a resort-like setting at night. Large rattan chairs are grouped around a fleet of individual fire pits, which are aglow with colored crystals. These sought-after alcoves, framed by leafy foliage, are ideal for large, communal gatherings and equally alluring for more intimate groups. An imposing double-sided fireplace warms both the patio and the indoor dining room as guests linger long after their meal is over. As far as a dress code, it’s a strictly come as you are policy at El Corazon with a shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops mentality.
