Executive Chef Tim Goodell has partnered with Related Colorado to open two new restaurants in Snowmass Village, Colorado. The much-anticipated Ricard Brasserie and Liquor Bar and Bia Hoi Southeast Asian Street Food will open shortly in Base Village at Snowmass Mountain. These are the first restaurants in Colorado for Goodell, who is a Food & Wine “Best New Chef” and currently operates Public Kitchen & Bar in The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, as well as owns and operates 25 Degrees with locations in Hollywood, Huntington Beach, Chicago, and Bangkok.
