Fable & Spirit, Dublin 4 Gastropub & Wineworks for Everyone Reopening for Takeout Service

Get ready to raise your glass because three of our favorite O.C. restaurants are coming back! Beginning Wednesday, May 13th, Dublin 4 Gastropub, and Wineworks for Everyone will reopen for takeout service, offering a menu of food, wine, beer, and cocktails. Executive Chef David Shofner presents signature dishes for guests to enjoy at their home, while Sommelier Ali Coyle curates a list of wines offered at exceptional prices, and Director of Spirits Drew Coyle presents a selection of cocktails to go.

Guests may order by phone by calling 949.582.0026 or online at dublin4gastropub.com or wineworksforeveryone.com (current menu offerings listed on the website). Orders may be placed between Noon and 6 p.m., for pick-up between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. The restaurants will be closed Monday. Contactless curbside pick-up can be requested when placing orders. Dublin 4 Gastropub and Wineworks for Everyone are located at 26342 Oso Parkway in Mission Viejo.

On the heels of its sister restaurants’ reopening, Newport Beach’s Fable & Spirit will reopen in the Via Lido Plaza on May 13th. The public will, once again, be able to partake in Chef Shofner’s imaginative, globally inspired dishes. Guests will be able to order by phone or online Tuesday through Sunday. Menu, hours and online ordering will be updated at fableandspirit.com.

“Ours are neighborhood restaurants that have achieved success because of the communities that support them, and we are grateful to reopen to see the reassuring smiles of our friends during this time of uncertainty,” comments Darren Coyle, who owns Dublin 4 Gastropub, Wineworks for Everyone and Fable & Spirit with his wife, Jean. “We look forward to when we can welcome guests into our dining room again for food, drink and good times, but for now, we will limit service to takeout and strive to share some of the spirit and magic of our family with yours.”

Husband-and-wife team, Darren and Jean Coyle, bring their family flavor into their three Orange County restaurants, Dublin 4 Gastropub, Wineworks for Everyone, and Fable & Spirit. The Coyle’s daughter, Ali, serves as Director of Wines & Sommelier, and son, Drew, serves as the Director of Spirits.
